humans wont move until they have to.
If you are looking at solving the problems with the same mindset that created them it is already too late. That is why you are crying and we all are screaming. that is why edvard munchs painting "the scream" is so apposite for the age we are leaving and look when it was painted.
KNOW this - the world HAS ALREADY COME TO AN END and we survived . Now we need to get together and get on with clean up.
The tsunamis and crop failures will come. things as they were are crashing. But humans are resilient and we adapt and survive. this is what you are already doing. you are already part of our human survival - if we make it. the only reason we wont make it is if we are so shocked by what we know that we give up and die.

those who are part of the evolution of humanity into a loving species where men and women are equally respected are doing their work right here right now and we are making a difference.
remember the cocoon - the caterpillar's body rejects the emergent butterfly cells, like the mother's rejects the foetus at first ( hence morning sickness) we are at that phase and it seems as tho the poison will overwhelm us. It will only overwhelm us if we fail to see that we are everywhere, if we fail to celebrate and join the movement of optimism, peace and to hell with ways we dont want to have any part of. each human choses for themself what is their optimism, what is their peace and what are the ways they eschew. and we work together , looking for the light in everyone, and finding it, for we are all souls on this earth journey together, and those who have lost the light do not like to approach if they love darkness, they will slink away. because we are many and we will not let them extinguish us any longer.

why does the EU ban the dripping of chickens on the spit, falling on to the genuine article of french fries underneath.? because they are in cahoots with the makers of false flavoring and they are in cahoots with the burger kings and the kentucky frieds and the foolish people follow along saying oh yes the emperor's food is delicious as they eat empty calories and find themselves getting royally screwed over.
the people are waking up. we decline the madness.( wendys at least had a decent baked potato when i ate there once a million years ago .) It is up to us who are privileged to spread the word and to be joyous, even as we are aware and do what little we can to ease the pain of others.
the global crisis is beyond our fixing , we can only fix what is before us.Humanity has the power to survive the ills, the time will come when humans cooperate globally if we clear the way.
what injury are we nursing instead of forgiving and farewelling?
what injustice are we suffering when we do not have to?
what fight are we not taking on?
what accomodations do we make that have gone past the point of what is good for the world.?
where have we failed to identify ourself with the world - for when we die our world dies. i dont worry about me - i know what i am doing. i dont worry about you - i trust you to be doing your best. I dont worry about malfeisants - they do not cross my path and i do all i can to disrupt them from right here where i am.
